Pepper Sauce Project

Started up a little outdoors project. I love hot sauce so this year I am going to make and bottle my own. Here’s what I’ve planted:

Varieties Planted (8 Pots – 2 Plants Per Pot)
Shishito
Habanero
Hot Banana
Tabasco
Mammoth Jalapeno
Poblano / Ancho
Hot Cayenne
Sweet Banana

Right now in the nurturing stage of getting these plants off to a very healthy start! I’m beginning to research recipes/fementing techniques/bottling techniques.
